If you have failed the 3rd year exam overall (total below 18)  but scored at least 9/15 on one of the two parts, you may now keep that mark and hold it over for the two subsequent sessions - you will only be required to re-sit the paper whose score was 8/15 or less in either September 2025 and/or January 2026.

You must request your mark to be held over by following the link next to your name and completing the form.

You have until 12 June to communicate your decision via this form - do not email teachers.

Students who wish to "refuse" a final mark can do so in the usual way by emailing Gerard Dorrity by 12 June stating their decision to resit the exam (both parts).
